What should I bring to my consultation?
Please bring a valid photo ID, insurance information (if applicable), a list of current medications, and any relevant medical records. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to complete necessary paperwork.
Do you offer virtual consultations?
Yes! We offer virtual consultations for many of our services. This is a great option for initial consultations, follow-ups, or if you're unable to visit our office in person. Ask about virtual options when booking.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), and offer financing options through CareCredit to make treatments more affordable.
How far in advance should I book my consultation?
We recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance for surgical consultations and 1-2 weeks for med spa or laser treatments. However, we often have same-week availability for certain services.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 48-hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee. Please call us as soon as possible if you need to change your appointment.

Street parking only, so please give yourself enough time to find a spot.
